Jon Kerber, a Veteran and retired Deputy Sheriff, has spent his life in service to others. With a diverse background that includes racing, auto mechanics, construction, mycology, DJing, and law enforcement, Jon brings a jack-of-all-trades mentality to The Champion. His dedication to creating a space where people can relax, have fun, and thrive is central to our ethos.
Emil Gregory learned from a young age that success requires drive and a champion mindset—a lesson passed down from his grandfather, an international soccer player and a champion in his own right. Emil brings this winning spirit to The Champion, curating an atmosphere that’s unmatched in Murrieta, designed to bring out the best in everyone who walks through our doors.
